Version 3.0.2​

Access & settings

  • Project Administrators can open Extension Settings — members of the Azure DevOps Project Administrators group can open the Spec Kit hamburger menu → Settings (same entry as organization admins). They can manage Project LLM and toggle Raaghu AI for the current project when Organization Settings allows those sources. Billing, seats, license keys, and org-wide Configurations remain organization-admin only
  • Custom LLM expiration date — when adding a Project LLM or org Configurations connection, choose a custom expiration date in addition to 7 / 30 / 60 / 90 days or no expiration
  • Configurations → Organization — org-wide LLM connections are managed on the Organization sub-tab (no longer labeled Personal)
  • Expanded model catalog — Azure OpenAI / OpenAI include GPT-5.6 Sol (recommended), GPT-5.5, GPT-5.4, GPT-4.1, and GPT-4o; Claude includes Sonnet 5 (recommended), Opus 5, Fable 5, and Haiku 4.5. Custom model names are still supported
  • Project LLM and Raaghu AI together — both can be On for a project when Organization Settings allows those sources; choose the active model in the chat footer

Workspace

  • Activity Week view — switch among Day, Week, Work Week, and Month
  • Dashboard drill-down search — search, filter, and sort rows in a KPI drill-down, then Export as CSV

Intake & chat

  • Stop and Retry for Intake analysis — stop an in-progress intake document analysis with Stop generating, then use Retry to resume without re-selecting the same files
  • Stop and Retry in Chat — stop generation mid-reply; interrupted messages show "Response stopped. Retry to run this prompt again" with a Retry action

Organization Settings

  • Users hub UX — clearer approve / reject and seat-assign flows with confirmations, tooltips when seats are unavailable, and smoother assign-after-approve
  • Budgets — inline edit for Raaghu AI budget caps with save / delete confirmation
  • License Keys — hyphenated key input with clearer activation errors
  • Usage analytics — stricter date-range validation before loading usage charts

UI polish

  • Consistent info-tooltip sizing and alignment across the hub
  • Intake file icons use transparent backgrounds; chat placeholder and focus styles refined
  • My Usage copy directs users to contact an administrator for additional Raaghu AI credits
  • Product tour and dashboard presentation improvements

  • Access requests moved to Organization Settings — admins approve or reject first-time users under Organization settings → Raaghu Spec Kit → Users → Pending requests (no longer in the Spec Kit header)
  • Users hub improvements — Manage users with sub-tabs Assigned users, Pending requests, and Available to assign; search by name or email; bulk actions (Approve selected, Unassign selected); pending count on the Users stats row
  • Raaghu AI Credits — Organization Settings credits tab label updated to Raaghu AI Credits

UI & performance

  • Faster org-settings Users tables with paging and smoother list refresh while searching
  • Dashboard and auth session refresh improvements for a more responsive hub experience

  • Promotion codes — enter a promotion code at Stripe checkout for a paid subscription; the discount appears in the order summary
  • Billing clarity — license-key organizations see expiry-focused billing summary; free trials hide cancel and use trial-focused summary copy

AI & settings

  • Configurations — Organization Settings Configurations tab with Organization (org-wide provider connections) and Project (assign connections and allow Use Organization AI / Use Project AI / Use Raaghu AI per project)
  • Settings redesign — Extension Settings uses LLM Settings (Project LLM + Raaghu AI) and Commands Mapping tabs
  • Raaghu-hosted AI — managed credits alongside bring-your-own-key (BYOK)
  • Credits + Usage — usage analytics on the Credits tab (no separate top-level Usage tab)
